파일 업로드 할 수 있는 URL를 반환합니다.

해당 API 요청 후 리턴받은 응답에서 presigned\_url 을 사용하여 업로드 해주시기 바랍니다. 지원자 직접 지원시 resume\_path 혹은 file\_upload 타입의 질문에 대한 answer 항목에는 file\_url 의 path 부분(e.g. /upload/candidate/file/1/temp/1622473200/test.pdf) 를 입력해 주시기 바랍니다.
