# 후보자 (소싱)

소싱/탤런트풀 후보자 관련 API 입니다.

후보자와 지원자는 동일한 code 체계를 사용합니다. 후보자가 지원자로 전환되어도 code는 유지되며, `sourcing_status`가 `conversion`으로 표시되고 지원자 API에서도 동일한 code로 조회할 수 있습니다.
